Abstract:After electron irradiation at 4.2 K with different doses the annealing behaviour of the electrical resistivity of Co is studied between 15 and 550 K. Two stages at 65 and 300 K show a dose-dependent temperature shift which may be attributed to the free migration of defects. As the annealing spectrum is found to be rather complex the influence of impurity atoms on the annealing of the radiation-induced defects cannot be excluded.

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
