Bosnell (1969) measured the electrical resistivity of a 1000 A-thick film, which was condensed on a substrate at 4°K.…”

“…The single crystal data of Volkov et al (1969) are in very poor agreement (both in sign and temperature dependence) with the poly crystalline results of Volkenshtein and Galoshina (1963) and Ross and Isaacs (1971). The single crystal data are considered unreliable because of the lower purity of their sample and because their resistivity results (see above) indicate their axes were incorrectly labelled.…”

“…Resistivity measurements would suggest the samples have similar impurity levels, but magnetic susceptibility data for the former indicate that their sample is of poor quality, while for the latter [as given in other papers, e.g., Ross et al (1969)] suggest that the sample of Ross and Isaacs is probably better than that of Volkenshtein and Galoshina. The results of Ross and Isaacs (1971) are shown in Fig. 5.5.…”
