Electricity Sector Reforms in Bosnia and Herzegovina: Results and Policy Implications

Abstract: Analysis shows that electricity sector reforms in Bosnia and Herzegovina have not been implemented as they should according to the Third Energy Package and obligations deriving from the Energy Community membership.
