Abstract:This work reports the construction of a novel nanostructured immunosensor for detection of the troponin I biomarker (cTnI). Anti-troponin I antibody was anchored on the modified graphite electrode with reduced graphene oxide and polytyramine for detection of troponin I in serum samples. The performance of the electro-immunosensor was evaluated by differential pulse voltammetry. The immunosensor presented a wide work range, from 4 ng mL À1 to 4 pg mL À1 , whose detection limit (4 pg mL À1 ) is significantly low… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
