“…Acupuncture is now used worldwide for treatment of various medical conditions (Jang et al, 2020; Liu et al, 2021; Tang et al, 2016; Xu et al, 2020a). Acupuncture is employed for therapies of neuropsychiatric diseases, including depression (Jung et al, 2021; MacPherson et al, 2013) and anxiety (Amorim et al, 2022).
