Electrocaloric properties of PZT- and BaTiO<inf>3</inf>- based ceramics and LiNbO<inf>3</inf> crystals

Abstract: Electrocaloric properties of PZT-and BaTiO 3based ceramics and LiNbO 3 Crystals were investigated by indirect estimation and direct measurement of temperatureelectric field (T-E) hysteresis loops. The measured T-E loops showed similar shape with strain-electric field (s-E) loops. Index Terms-Electrocaloric effect, PZT, LiNbO 3 , PMN-PT
