Electrocardiogram Patterns during Hemodynamic Instability in Patients with Acute Pulmonary Embolism

Abstract: Hemodynamic instability in acute pulmonary embolism is reflected by signs of myocardial ischemia combined with the right ventricular strain pattern in the 12-lead ECG.
