According to corrosion studies, the PAM-TiO 2 hybrid composite’s structure improves the barrier coating effectiveness of epoxy coatings on metal surfaces . Due to their wear protection, corrosion resistance, and strong adhesion, transition metal-based oxide nanoparticles such TiO 2 , SiO 2 , CuO, ZnO, ZrO 2 , CeO 2 , Fe 2 O 3 , and Al 2 O 3 are utilized to improve the corrosion resistance of polymer coatings.
