Electrochemical Behavior of Manganese–Molybdenum Oxide Anodes in Chloride–Sulfate Aqueous Solutions

Abstract: The electrochemical behavior of the electrodeposited manganese-molybdenum oxides on treated titanium electrodes independently submerged in neutral and acidic solutions is studied using polarization measurements and electrolysis. These titanium electrodes contained both iridium and platinum sublayers prior to electrodeposition. The products formed in the time of the electrolysis of the chloride-sulfate solution were analyzed.
