Abstract:Numerous appropriately substituted pyridyl or phenyl groups serve as a particularly advantageous activation motif for the electrochemical oxidation of amines. Such groups enable a general, mild method for the electrochemical α‐functionalization of tertiary amines across numerous activating groups and amine scaffolds.
