Abstract:A novel dopamine (DA) sensor based on a polymerized mediator (PEI-Fc) and sulfo-groupfunctionalized graphene oxide (PEI-Fc/SFGO) composite modified electrode was developed. The PEI-Fc/SFGO composite was formed by electrostatic interaction, in which ferrocene (Fc) groups served as an electron transfer mediator to improve the sensitivity. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was employed to characterize the surface morphology of the PEI-Fc/SFGO composite. Ultraviolet visible spectroscopy (UV-vis) and Fourier trans… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
