Electrochemistry and Detection of Dobutamine at Gold Nanoparticles Cobalt-Phthalocyanine Modified Carbon Paste Electrode

Abstract: Electrochemical sensor was fabricated for determination of dobutamine (DB) based on gold nanoparticles/cobaltphthalocyanine modified carbon paste electrode AuCoPcCPE. Two components in the composite structure contribute to the faradaic signal at the interface of the electrode: conduction of Au-nano-centers and charge mediation through cobalt-phthalocyanine moieties.
