Abstract: Myocardial infarction (MI) is a prevalent cause of mortality worldwide. In this study, a sandwich scaffold was prepared for MI therapy using two commonly used materials in the medical field, polyglycerol sebacate (PGS) and polycaprolactone (PCL), and a series of interrelated steps.
