Electrolyte disorders after endoscopic transnasal neurosurgical interventions

Abstract: Background: Disorders of water and electrolyte balance, hyper- and hyponatremia, are common postoperative complications of transsphenoidal neurosurgical interventions and are found in up to 30–40% of cases.
