Abstract: The uncontrolled dendrite growth and electrolyte consumption in lithium metal batteries result from a heterogeneous and unstable solid electrolyte interphase (SEI). Here, a high‐voltage forced electrolysis strategy is proposed to stabilize the lithium metal via electrodepositing a spherical protective layer.
