Electromagnetically induced transparency of a single frequency comb mode

Abstract: We study the electromagnetically induced transparency of a single frequency comb mode interacting with a cold rubidium cloud. A A hyperfine level structure in a D2 transition is used in the configuration of co-propagated probe (frequency comb) and coupling (continuous-wave) laser fields. The experimental results are satisfactorily reproduced by the developed theoretical models.
