Abstract: Electron transfer flavoprotein (ETF) plays an important function in fatty acid beta oxidation and the amino acid metabolic pathway. It can provide pathogenicity to some opportunistic fungi via modulating cellular metabolite composition. Arthrobotrys oligospora is a typical invasion fungus to nematodes.
