Electronic health record-based readmission risk model performance for patients undergoing outpatient parenteral antibiotic therapy (OPAT)

Abstract: Background Outpatient Parenteral Antibiotic Therapy (OPAT) provides coordinated services to deliver parenteral antibiotics outside of the acute care setting.
