Abstract:Background: Beyond the apparent damage caused by violence, armed conflicts can have significant indirect health effects. Destabilising systems of healthcare and fostering unfavourable economic and surroundings, also produce long-lasting political instability, which hinders efforts to lower mother and infant deaths.
Objective: This study aims to investigate the legal ramifications of electronic child recruiting for the armed forces, emphasising how these relate to international humanitarian law.
