Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh electronic word of mouth, brand image dan trust terhadap keputusan pembelian online pada Aplikasi Shopee di Kota Serang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling.
