This paper addresses the challenges in the teaching of electrical and electronic technology in higher vocational colleges and proposes specific countermeasures to improve teaching quality and effectiveness. The countermeasures include optimizing teaching content, emphasizing practical application and innovation, innovating teaching methods, introducing modern instructional approaches, strengthening the teaching team, enhancing teacher quality and practical expertise, upgrading experimental equipment and facilities, enriching curriculum resources, and incorporating digital teaching materials. These measures aim to cultivate high-quality skilled talents, promote social and economic development, and enhance national competitiveness. By adjusting the course structure, incorporating real-world industry cases, and fostering collaboration with enterprises, students can better understand and apply electrical and electronic technology. The introduction of project-based teaching, flipped classrooms, and multimedia technology can enhance student engagement and facilitate independent learning. Furthermore, the improvement of experimental resources and the establishment of online teaching platforms can enhance students’ practical skills and provide a variety of learning resources. These measures contribute to the overall improvement of electrical and electronic technology teaching in higher vocational colleges.

Although China’s higher vocational colleges and universities have achieved substantial results in school-enterprise cooperation, numerous problems have surfaced in practice. This paper analyzes the influence of strategic synergy, organizational synergy, knowledge synergy, and synergy effects within the context of school-enterprise cooperation. It also examines the role of equivalence matching factors in enhancing these synergy effects. Utilizing relevant data on school-enterprise cooperation, a synergistic education model was developed using a multilayer linear model to capture the interaction of latent variables. Subsequently, a performance measurement analysis was conducted to verify the scientific validity and effectiveness of collaborative efforts in higher vocational education. The results indicate that the synergistic performance in higher vocational institutions engaged in school-enterprise cooperation is 0.655, representing an increase of 0.107 compared to institutions without such collaboration. Implementing school-enterprise cooperation significantly enhances the synergistic performance of higher vocational institutions, thereby maximizing the benefits of this collaboration.

High-quality talent cultivation is an inevitable trend driven by the development of industry-education integration. This paper analyzes the differences in project goals between enterprises and universities, selects a content-based recommendation method, establishes an interest theme model for both entities and generates cooperative recommendation partners. A new type of partner recommendation scheme for industry-education integration projects is established based on geographic proximity by introducing the factor of geographic distance. Interpret the meaning of high-quality talent cultivation, establish a joint talent cultivation mechanism among enterprises, colleges, universities, and industrial organizations, and develop a three-stage segmented cultivation model. Finally, analyze the degree of participation and influence of each subject and variable on the practice of industry-industry fusion, respectively, and explore the effectiveness of industry-industry fusion collaborative cultivation by combining the teaching characteristics of teachers from schools and enterprises with the development of industry-industry fusion activities in the college. During the three years of junior, senior, and graduates, College D’s industry-education integration activities are mainly organized by lectures, visits, seminars, and enterprise recruitment meetings, of which the proportion of inviting relevant enterprises to give lectures can reach more than 80%. The activities of the college’s industry-education integration organization are one of the effective paths to building development space for the cultivation of high-quality talents.
