Elements of Scrum in a Students Robotics Project – A Case Study

Abstract

Robo cs compe ons allow self-organised learning in a quite natural way. In the last years, we have observed an increasing complexity in these compe ons. At the same me, the search for an adequate project organisa on became more and more important. As tradi onal project organisa on methods failed, we adopted Scrum and tried to adapt this agile methodology to student projects.
