Elevated urinary levels of carcinogenic N- nitrosamines in patients with urinary tract infections measured by isotope dilution online SPE LC–MS/MS

“…For this, Het‐1A cells were pretreated with 5 mM NAC (ROS scavenger) and 50 μM mito‐TEMPO (mtROS scavenger) for 30 min before exposure to nitrosamines, respectively.
