Elexacaftor/Tezacaftor/Ivacaftor Accelerates Wound Repair in Cystic Fibrosis Airway Epithelium

Abstract: Background: Cystic fibrosis (CF) airway epithelium shows alterations in repair following damage. In vitro studies showed that lumacaftor/ivacaftor (Orkambi) may favor airway epithelial integrity in CF patients.
