Elite Squash Players Nutrition Knowledge and Influencing Factors

Abstract: Background: There is a reported mismatch between macronutrient consumption and contemporary macronutrient guidelines in elite standard squash players. Suboptimal dietary practices could be due to a lack of nutrition knowledge among players.
