Ellagic Acid Administration Reverses Colchicine- Induced Dementia in Rats

Abstract: The late-onset sporadic type of Alzheimer's disease is characterised by chronic oxidative stress, neuroinflammation and cognitive dysfunction. Ellagic acid is a naturally occurring polyphenol known to possess robust antioxidant property.
