Abstract:Numerous 1 H− 1 H J couplings contribute to complex multiplets in 1 H nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, leading to an ambiguous spectral assignment, particularly for strongly coupled protons. Although the PSYCHE approach has proven to be effective in simplifying complex spectra by collapsing J couplings, the PSYCHE pure shift spectrum of strongly coupled protons always suffers from sideband artifacts and baseline oscillations, which impede spectral identification. Herein, we introduce a novel universal … Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
