Abstract:Nephrotic syndrome (NS) is less commonly associated with arterial thrombosis than venous thrombosis. We report a case of a 43-yearoldwomanwho presented with an acute embolic stroke confirmed on MRI, about 3 months after the diagnosis of NS.
