Abstract:Renal artery aneurysm (RAA) is a rare clinical entity with an incidence rate of 0.1%. Clinically, only one-third of patients are symptomatic and growth rate has been reported to be slow. Elective management of RAA is only recommended if the size is >2cm in diameter. However, in cases of an acute rupture, mortality is 10%. We present an image of interest of an emergency ruptured renal artery aneurysm managed endovascularly.
