Abstract: Recent progress in adjuvant immunotherapy offers hope for improving disease-free survival in high-risk bladder cancer (BC) and renal cell carcinoma (RCC). This review focuses on key trials such as CheckMate 274 and KEYNOTE-564, which show promising results with nivolumab in BC and pembrolizumab in RCC, including a 30% reduction in progression risk.
