Emigration and Common Agricultural Policy in Romanian Rural Areas: An Analysis of Patterns of Inefficiency

Abstract: Romanian rural areas have suffered a significant permanent emigration since the early 1990s and the European Union by the Common Agricultural Policy has tried to slow down this negative phenomenon.
