Emotional Intelligence and Entrepreneurial Success: An Empirical Study of Entrepreneurs in the Saudi Market

Abstract: This study empirically examines the influence of emotional intelligence on entrepreneurial success using a quantitative research survey administered to a sample of 306 Saudi entrepreneurs. The results revealed that emotionally intelligent entrepreneurs are more likely to succeed in their new venture.
