This systematic review attempts to promote organizational efficiency by synthesizing scholarly evidence on the association between emotional intelligence (EI) and employee performance. Utilizing a rigorous approach, this study conducts an examination of all scholarly publications published in Scopus between 2014 and 2023. The Scopus database is used to retrieve the data. The VOSviewer is employed for bibliometric analysis in this research. The results indicate that emotional intelligence (EI) has a major impact on employees' performance, influencing both individual opportunities and overall corporate outcomes. The majority of research investigations tend to employ a quantitative methodology, frequently making use of structural equation modeling (SEM) and the AMOS software. The focus of research is mostly centered in Malaysia, Indonesia, India, and the United Kingdom. This study makes a significant contribution by conducting a complete analysis of the influence of emotional intelligence (EI) on employee performance. It not only sheds light on the current state of knowledge in this area but also identifies potential areas for future research and practical implications. Notwithstanding the constraints in the selection of databases and the possibility of exclusions, the systematic method lays a robust groundwork for the progression of knowledge in this field.

This study aims to measure the extent to which employee competencies represented by training, soft skills and hard skills affect employee performance. This study also describes the new findings as a development of previous research. The method used is descriptive quantitative with a total of 100 respondents from CV. Sentosa’s employees. The independent variable (X) in this study is Training, Soft Skill, and Hard Skill. Meanwhile, the dependent variable (Y) in this study is Employee Performance. The results showed that The X’s variables had a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of the partial test of this study indicate that the ability of hard skills has less effect on increasing employee performance. This study also shows an R2 value of 0.682 which means that this model is able to provide an explanation of various variations of the dependent variable by 68%.

This study aims to analyze the importance of emotional, spiritual intelligence, and Self Efficacy on the performance of school principals in Sekolah Penggerak that use the Merdeka curriculum. Based on initial observations, it was found that there was a lack of emotional and spiritual intelligence in the principal, which hindered the effectiveness of the process of implementing the self-development of a principal. This study used the literature review method. The instruments used were national and international journals, reference books, and unstructured interviews for analysis using thematic analysis. The results showed that the Sekolah Penggerak was an effort to improve the quality of schools through holistic learning outcomes starting with High-Quality Human Resources (principals and teachers). Improvements were made through 5 interventions to schools to increase the capacity of Human Resources. Self-efficacy as part of emotional and spiritual intelligence can form school principals as leaders, planners, supervisors to evaluators in schools who are confident and think ahead. This intelligence can make a school principal confident in planning work programs, strongly committed, able to carry out programs well, and collaborate with teachers and administrative staff to achieve the school's goal of producing students to become Pancasila student profiles.
