Empathetic Leadership, Job Satisfaction and Intention to Leave among Millennials in a Start-up Industry: Needs’ Satisfaction as a Mediating Variable

“…First of all, consistent with previous findings (Hogan et al, 2021), we find that active leadership does not necessarily lead to good results. Especially in today's increasingly diverse organization of subordinates (Negoro and Wibowo, 2021), how to achieve the "organizational vision" requires leaders to consider more from the perspective of subordinates and avoid the negative impact of the "vision" on subordinates.
