Emphysematous Pyelonephritis, Emphysematous Cystitis, and Emphysematous Ureteritis: A Case Report

Abstract: Emphysematous urinary tract infections (EUTIs) are rare, severe, and suppurative infections affecting various parts of the urinary tract. We report a case of a 75-year-old male presenting with hematuria and generalized weakness with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (DM) and hypertension.
