Empirical Analysis on Relationship of Research Expenditure and Education Cost

Abstract

This paper analyzed why research expenditures should be numbered into educational cost, and then provided quantitative method for measurement what proportion of research expenditure can be reckoned into educational cost. Empirical study has been done on the data of eighteen famous universities selected from China and proven the practical application of their method.
