Employee’s reaction to a business park environment

Abstract: Examines reactions of employees to working in business park environments by interviewing staff of two small to medium‐sized high tech companies, one located in a business park in Swindon, the other a control company located in Central London. Surmises that business parks confer advantages in location, working facilities, commuting and work environment, although they lack a sense of community and opportunities for information contact between all levels of staff.
