Employer Participation in Active Labour Market Policy: from Reactive Gatekeepers to Proactive Strategic Partners

Abstract: Active labour market policy (ALMP) is a well-established strategy but one aspect is greatly neglected – employer participation – about which there is a lack of systematic evidence.
