Employing Bennett’s Developmental Model of Intercultural Sensitivity (DMIS) to Understand Intercultural Sensitivity in ELT

Abstract: This paper attempts to explain the nature and practice of intercultural sensitivity among international teachers of English using stage descriptions of Bennett’s Developmental Model of Intercultural Sensitivity (DMIS).
