The research emphasizes health hazards in the informal sector, covering various occupations. It emphasizes the prevalence of work-related health risks and their impact on workers' well-being. With 174 participants from 10 diverse job categories, including cement workers, handloom company employees, construction workers, traditional sculptors, rice mill workers, quarry workers, poultry workers, brick makers, crackers powder makers, and warehouse waste handlers, the study provides insights into occupational health challenges. Conducted in Thuraiyur, Uppuliyapura, Lalgudi, and Pullambadi block, Trichy District, Tamil Nadu, India it employs a descriptive research design, focusing on health-related processes through interviews and questionnaires. Key highlight concerns such as quality of life, economic status, and respiratory health issues, including respiratory hazards, eye, and skin problems. The research aims to raise awareness of the urgent health needs of informal workers and emphasizes the role of AI in detecting and managing respiratory diseases.
