The present research study analyzes the motivation to undertake in difficult times, being able to undertake is an important factor to contribute in a society with few resources. This work proposes to identify the entrepreneurs that motivate them and promote the success of each entrepreneur. The methodology used for data collection was field research through the application of interviews, 4 cases were studied, which allowed us to obtain useful information for the analysis and study of the entrepreneur in the Tamulté de las Hojas village and how self-efficacy influences their person facing the Covid-19 pandemic. As results, it was obtained that the health crisis caused a great effect that was very noticeable in their economic activities, among them the life of the entrepreneur in his business stands out, how to build new opportunities demonstrating challenges and challenges.
