To achieve an internet with high availability and reliability, needs two or more data paths so the process for sending data can be faster. Load balancing is often plays a significant role for this technique to properly utilized every gateway in the network. This research, implemented load balancing in software defined network architecture using floodlight controller. Evaluation is done by measuring QoS (delay, bit rate, packet rate, packet success rate) while sending various traffics through the network such as UDP flow, VoIP, and DNS. Performance of load balancer is work well, because the results after load balancing is better than before. Which is the value of delay after load balancing is decreased about 30-55% compared to before load balancing, also the values of bit rate, packet rate dan packet success rate after load balancing is increased about 10-30% compared to before load balancing.

Recent technology has modeled VANET (vehicular adhoc network) communication well in terms of privileges to derive vehicular communication technologically to save time, energy, and money. Due to the increase in powerful technology in modern times, VANETs play a vital role in uplifting daily concerns across vehicles and vehicular identities. Hence, to tune VANETs to become compatible with traditional technologies and increase demand, VANETs require upgrading. The severity and frequency of unwanted occurrences have become a considerable concern for our day-to-day lives relating to vehicular position. Thus, verily updated methodologies or working procedures are needed for the future VANET interplay to eradicate such problems occurring through vehicular identities. This article outlines in technology related to VANETS, future developments, and coping issues by deriving comprehensive frameworks, workflow patterns, upgrading procedures including big data, fog computing, SDN (software defined networking), and SIoT (social Internet of Things). This review article previews an in-depth VANET upgrade possibility to address future problem managements under a range of acceptable scientific themes, indicators, and combinations.

With ever-increasing applications of IoT, and due to the heterogeneous and bursty nature of these applications, scalability has become an important research issue in building cloud-based IoT/M2M systems. This research proposes a dynamic SDN-based network slicing mechanism to tackle the scalability problems caused by such heterogeneity and fluctuation of IoT application requirements. The proposed method can automatically create a network slice on-the-fly for each new type of IoT application and adjust the QoS characteristics of the slice dynamically according to the changing requirements of an IoT application. Validated with extensive experiments, the proposed mechanism demonstrates better platform scalability when compared to a static slicing system.
