Abstract: Background: Enamel Renal Syndrome (ERS) (OMIM # 204690) is a rare autosomal recessive disorder characterized by hypoplastic amelogenesis imperfecta (AI), failed tooth eruption, intra-pulpal calcifications, gingival enlargement and nephrocalcinosis.
