Enantiomerenreine Tribenzotriquinacene durch stereoselektive Synthese

Abstract: Inhärent chirale Acetophenone und Benzaldehyde, die sich von dem großen, schalenförmig gebauten Gerüst des Tribenzotriquinacens (TBTQ) ableiten, wurden durch Enzymkatalyse enantiomerenrein synthetisiert. Unter Verwendung der Lipase CAL‐B gelangt man in fünf Stufen zu den (M)‐Enantiomeren, (+)‐2‐Acetyl‐TBTQ (M)‐5 und (+)‐2‐Formyl‐TBTQ (M)‐6, während der Einsatz von Lipase PS zu den entsprechenden (P)‐Enantiomeren, (−)‐2‐Acetyl‐TBTQ (P)‐5 und (−)‐2‐Formyl‐TBTQ (P)‐6 führt, jeweils mit mindestens 99 % ee.
