Enantiomers Identification of Penicillamine by Chiral Mono-Schiff Base Macrocycles

Abstract: A large number of chiral drug molecules have a chiral structure containing both D-and L-enantiomers, leading to the mirror image arrangements of the two forms eliciting quite different physiological responses.
