Abstract: Encapsulated papillary carcinoma (EPC) represents a distinct entity within the spectrum of breast papillary tumors, typically manifesting as a retroareolar mass. This rare subtype can be effectively visualized using ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging, which reveal characteristic cystic-solid nodules.
