Abstract:Turmeric extract (TAE) and rice bran oil (RBO) have grown in popularity among consumers in recent years due to their wide spectrum of biological activity. The main bioactive component of turmeric, curcumin, has demonstrated promise as a possible anti-carcinogenic agent.
