G. Small & Small, 1965;Tucker, Detre, Harrow, & Glaser, 1965), pneumoencephalograms (e.g., Haug, 1963;Moore, Nathan, Elliott, & Laubach, 1933), and histopathologic studies of the brain (e.g., Tatetsu, 1964;Wildi, Linder, & Costoulas, 1967).
