Encoding stereochemical molecular information on cyclophanes using non-directional interactions and achiral building blocks

Abstract: The stereoselective assembly of achiral constituents through a single spontaneous process into complex covalent architectures bearing multiple stereogenic elements currently seems out of reach to the synthetic chemist.
