End-stage knee osteoarthritis with and without sarcopenia and the effect of knee arthroplasty – a prospective cohort study

Abstract: Background: Sarcopenia often accompanies osteoarthritis (OA) which is managed by total knee arthroplasty (TKA) in late stage.
